Avgas
Nice result Mr B. My heart sank when you mentioned how badly the Mirage fitted. I've got a couple in the stash that need doing. I'm in no rush all of a sudden
aidy
Those colours on the skyhawk is the best combination ever! Kiwi, Singaporean, Indonesian, Malaysian... you just can't beat green-green-tan on a skyhawk. Nice work on both, bro. Maybe I'll get to see them in person soon.

rholland
Nice models! I had always thought that the camouflaged Aussie Mirages were green and grey, I have never seen a green and brown one. Do you have a photograph of the full-size aircraft? Thanks! Richard in NZ

Romeo Alpha Yankee
19 hours ago, rholland said: Thanks Brian, I have learned something. Richard in NZ Richard, 2OCU (the SQN Brain depicted) went to Darwin in April 84 to do some Dissimilar Air Combat Training (DACT) with PACAF F-4Es from Korea. We took 14 aircraft and the majority had the dark grey areas painted over with a water-based brown so that from a distance they look similar in colour to the opposing force F-4s. The brown was washed off once we returned to Williamtown. (my pictures) Nice job on both models Brian!

rholland
Thank you gentlemen. Only the Aussies would wash off the temporary camo by stuffing the aircraft into a creek, though... Richard in NZ
