Hasegawa Lockheed S-3A Viking 1/72

This is my latest build; a 1/72 S-3A Viking. Hasegawa is my go to company when I want to build something and this one was not a disappointment. Fit was very good, with one exception. The decals were good and I think it make a good build. The one exception to the good fit was the underside wing to fuselage joint which I had to fill with 10 thousandth card. Also used was the Eduard interior.

 

Next up is the Mach 2 X-24A

Nice work there, the finish looks good. 

 

 

Were they the kit decals? I have an older boxing with a high vis scheme.

Yes they were the kit decals. This boxing had hi-vis making for VS-28 and these for VS-38. I opted for the 1 color rather then the 2 color scheme

Yes the ah, children of dogs, sent me an e-mail trying to extort $400 from me to let them to be displayed. Luckily I still had them on the computer so I was able to upload them to village.photo and they are back. My other threads are not so lucky.
