HP42 Posted June 26, 2017 Share Posted June 26, 2017 As Junglerating said, an UAV would be much more cost effective than a very high value asset like a Gripen. ..so if the Gripen pilots spot a poacher, then what? Drop a bomb on them? I wonder if it's more a brag about capability rather than a realistic method of rhino protection? Unfortunately it seems that even when these miscreants are brought to justice, they often escape with a pretty derisory sentence.
