303sqn
From this evening it is now possible to purchase Arma Hobby's long awaited new tool PZL P.7a. The first release is the delux version with two kits, PE set, masks and two sets of resin whells with different tyres. Two canopies are included with the kit and with the PE set is is possible to builf any of the versions. Decal sheet has eight choices including German an Romanian machines. A la Eduard for a brief time you may also purchase just the plastic parts so you could build all eight versions from the decal sheet at a lot lower cost. It would have been nice if the also sold the PE set separately. Looks like a winner. http://www.armahobby.com/pzl-p-7a-deluxe-set-1-72.html
GrzeM
There is already one "work in progress" available on the Koszalin Plastic Modeler's Club website with photos of the finished model. Model was built by Marcin "Marwaw" Wawrzynkowski. The whole post you can see here: PZL P.7a 1/72 Arma Hobby build I'm posting some pictures from that site: The decals are printed by Cartograf and are really first class, I've tried them on the most difficult corrugated wing undersurface. With Micro-Sol these worked brilliantly: Please also note how detailed is the corrugated surface of the wing. More about decals: http://armahobbynews.pl/en/blog/2017/06/21/decals-for-pzl-p-7a-deluxe-set/ More about marking options: http://armahobbynews.pl/en/blog/2017/06/20/pzl-p-7a-deluxe-set-markings-options/ The kits are already available in the Arma Hobby online shop. If you hurry, there are still some cool special promotions and bonuses till the end of this Sunday. FalkeEins
Wasn't quick enough for the five sets of plastic parts for 15 euros, but did snaffle a deluxe boxing - two sets of parts, etch and resin for 28 euros. Looking forward to getting it on the bench
GrzeM
We have another PZL P.7a built, this time by Wojtek, one of the Arma Hobby owners and creators. The kit has been built "out of the box", without PE parts and resin additions (except PE engine Townend ring bearers). Whole article (only in Polish yet, but with many photos): http://www.modelpaint.pl/2017/07/04/model-pzl-p-7a-prosto-z-pudelka/ And some photos: ...and here side by side with another Arma Hobby model, resin PZL P.11 prototype: Edited July 5, 2017 by GrzeM
