MAC Bristol Scout, 1/72nd scale for Bristol Boy...

Here are a couple of images of a MAC kit of the Bristol Scout RNAS I built last winter...Nice little kit and three of these built birds fit on the palm of my hand...I am posting these for the enjoyment of all but also because I mentioned I would...Paints are all Vallejo and it is OOB.  Lovely little resin Lewis gun and perfect decals.

Thanks for posting John, don't think I've seen one built before, good job!

Not decided a colour scheme yet but was tending towards natural ad trying to get the translucent effect on the wings from underneath.

Lovely to see what you have achieved.

Yes...don't you just love the Union flag on the fuselage and the early roundels?  There is an innocence about the craft...The more stinging off-spring of pioneer aviation.

Very nice build. I used to build a fair few biplanes, but seemed to have got out the habit of late. this model is inspiring to go back to them.
