Enrywar67 Posted June 22, 2017 Share Posted June 22, 2017 HI.....I'm building a 1\48 P40N Lulubelle....and I've doubt about the antenna.The picture I've doesn't show very well what kind of antenna was used....can someone help me??The subject is this:there isn't antenna must.....in same drawing I've seen two wires starting after the fix part of canopy that reach the fixing poit on rudder... Don McIntyre Posted June 22, 2017 Share Posted June 22, 2017 Looks to me like there isn't an antenna on there. The fin to wingtip antenna is missing and so is the antenna mast. If you're using this photo as your main reference, I'd say go with what you see. I really like the rising sun symbol on the left main gear wheel, too. BS_w Posted June 23, 2017 Share Posted June 23, 2017 (edited) On the drawings about P40N radio, I found only a single wire antenna (from insulator at top fuselage - your pic - to the lug at the leading edge of the fin. There was'nt "Ve" antenna which is the two wire between the tail to each wingtip.
