Latest of the bench is the Tamiya Swordfish in the markings of 821 NAS HMS Ark Royal summer 1939

I wish you had some larger pictures of this.  It looks great, absolutely pristine in those last fleeting halcyon days before they were actually required to fly those slow vulnerable stringbags against someone who was shooting at them.

Great work there. Built this and it is not an easy craft to build. But a great craft to build.

 

Cannot remember now but something like 100 glue points for all the intricate rigging.

Nicely presented.

 

Amazing this aircraft sunk more ships than all the other RAF types put together.

Done it proud !
