Pete in Lincs
I don't think anyone has mentioned this before. A 30 foot Thunderbird 3 replica* at Humberside airport. I spotted it today, I'd not previously been that close to the airport. It's quite impressive, especially if you didn't know it was there. Why it's there is another question! https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=humberside+airport+thunderbird+3&biw=1366&bih=589&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&sqi=2&ved=0ahUKEwiGqIrAgMPUAhVHL8AKHWnmDfkQsAQIKA * Given that the TV models weren't that big, is this strictly speaking a replica?

andygif290368
I wonder if it's the same one that used to be on the front in Blackpool up by the pleasure beach?
Richard Baker
Never cared for the movie version much but that is a very impressive replica...

Wrong side of the Humber - more like escaping from that small suburb of Cleethorpes known as Grimsby. Thomo
The Chief Smeg
Or as my son once mentioned when he was a wee lad "Clee-Thropes, is that anywhere near Scun-Thrope?" I still ill hear his voice whenever I see a sign for either place. I'll have to go and have a look at the Tb though.

It's true, they keep having to move the ISS so that it doesn't smack into Thunderbird
Aeronut
Of course Thunderbirds 1 to 5 exist, how else could I have had a flight in Thunderbird 6 (G-ANFM) otherwise.
Patrick Martin
All we really need is someone to do 1/72 decals for Thunderbird
