That looks most excellent. May I ask how you got your canopy to fit when closed? I've just finished one (also as an RAAF machine) and found the seat interferes with the canopy.

Very nice job mate. Also, CAC Mustang A68-71 still exists and is currently undergoing restoration to static at the Moorabbin Air Museum here in Melbourne Australia. Here's how it looked last year when the museum purchased her.

I had no problem with the canopy. The seat does get close to the bubble, but mine didn't touch.
