HL-10
Tamiya's old Bren Gun carrier has been around for ever! A basically sound little model, some detail is a bit heavy or basic. I replaced the Bren guns with ones from their new British infantry set and added stowage from the spares box. Figures are from the kit. Painted with Humbrol enamels. capture capture capture capture capture capture capture capture Thanks for looking Angelo.

Buzby061
Very nice indeed. I did one when it first came out, I think I got it from Beaties in Manchester which shows how long ago it was. Pete

Badder
Lovely job. Great to see one that isn't green. I have one in the stash which I am intending to build for my current dio, I will have to think about replacing the Bren gun after seeing yours. Much better than the kit one. And on the subject of improvements, can you tell me how you made the rifle straps? Are they PE, or paper or what? They look well tidy. HL-10
Hi Badder, glad you like my model😀 The rifle slings were cut from Tamiya masking tape. One end is looped over itself,it's cut to length and glued in place.
Ian
So nicely done. Shows how these old gems can really shine with a little work and a fair bit of skill. Ian.
Murdo
Really, very nicely done! It's incredible how little space the drivers in these vehicles had.
Blaubar
Great bugger there. This is a "Bren kit" but actually displays the universal carrier as the Bren carrier had the left rear section cut out?!? I am always confused with Bren, universal and scout carrier variations and which one is which .. 7 hours ago, Murdo said: Really, very nicely done! Hewy
I'm going to be building one of these in the made in Britain group build ,I'll be using your superb example as reference, if mine turns out half as good as this one I'll be over the moon, really nicely built and painted Glynn
