Jure Miljevic
Hello, Italian intruder You can also try these links: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/58/02/cb/5802cb896b2dfe006505393f6a48bd99.jpg http://www.talkingproud.us/Military/CH47/files/taxi.jpg http://www.g2mil.com/Ap_Bac.jpg http://www.fiddlersgreen.net/aircraft/Piasecki-H21/IMAGES/camo-banana.jpg While camouflages of H-21 choppers from 1962-65 period seem to be similar, common pattern seems to be missing. Jure Miljevic
Hello Yes, and its butt seems to be missing! Still, Thompson sub-machine gun could hardly be considered an exotic weapon in a war, during which old Lebel rifles had also been used. The photo seems to represent a war game. As these are ARVN troops, blue bandanas probably mark them as a home team. Cheers Jure
Des
I have the instruction sheet for Carpena 72/75 'Nam 1963-1975 Part 1' which only shows the left hand side of an H-21 camouflage pattern but includes rather vague colour references if it would help , pm your e-mail address if you would like a scan of it.
