Yankairfixfan
Hello everyone. I created an account long ago but have never posted anything before today. The shenanigans going on here have kept me so entertained that I have been content to just lurk until now. I love Airfix kits and most other things British and have been modeling since the age of five.(I'm 59 now) As you can see, my grammar and writing skills are a bit unrefined but after all I am a product of the southern US. Will post a pic of myself when I can get to it.

Laerte
Your grammar is better than mine, of course! Welcome aboard, hope to see soon some of your works... Maybe some ships? Fair Winds from Italy, Laerte

Eric Mc
Nothing wrong with Southern States English. I think it is both musical and poetic. As for grammar - who cares as long as we can work out what we are saying.

The last one was the Revell Titanic that I built for a friends wife.

Enjoy the site,Martin Sorry, should have mentioned this in my opening post. I prefer 1/48 for single engine fighters and 1/72 for multi engined aircraft although I have several built up 1/72 Airfix and Revell fighters in my collection. I normally stick with WW2 era and early jets.
