Hi all, my name is Pete and I have modelled on and off for nearly 40 years but am still not that much cop at it lol.  I do enjoy small one day builds and am about to embark on the LED road with a few kits so any help will be appreciated.  I do love my Star Wars kits, especially the new Bandai stuff and have a few of them done.  Add to this the Revell kits and also my current kit which is a Fine Molds Y-Wing, then you can see what sort of things I like 

I look forward to chatting to you all and asking for advice but primarily reading about all your amazing builds and techniques used.

 

Finally, a big thanks to Mike who sorted out my account.  I have used spamfiend  for many years but it blocked me from registering but I am here now so hiya to you all from a fellow, if amateur modeller.

Hi Pete. I'm new as well. Have never made any Star Wars kits myself but the thought does appeal. Hope to see some of your builds.

Welcome to BM Pete. I'm not into the Sci-fi stuff myself, but plenty on here are, so there should be plenty to occupy you. And as for not being cop at it, if you're enjoying yourself, that's all that matters.
