"AYUBOWAN SRI LANKA" srilankan airlines a320 by zvezda

  folks,

                Started my second model, an a320 by zvezda in sri lankan airline livery . I chose this airline because it is the national airline of Sri Lanka. The kit contained only 3 spruces. It had many options because its an ultimate kit. I thought of going with flaps down and obviously door closed 

It was easier and quicker to build this than the a380

I painted the inside in black

then I added the rudder before attaching the two parts together

i pasted the cockpit and attached the fuselage together

I wanted to see through the font glass. so i used the trick of john (viking). i used insulation tape for masking. I should say it is better than masking tape.

then i started on the wings. there was no trouble with that

then comes my favorite part, painting. this pic was taken after priming,painting and spraying 2 gloss coats

I painted the other parts and came to the decaling  process. the decals were from V1 decals. it was super

 

I almost completed the model. hope to finish soon.
