Kai Scissors

I've been hunting around for a good, small, sharp pair of scissors for precision cutting or just good, clean cuts for, say, decals. For really good scissors, the consensus seems to be Kai scissors. I've looked over their products and figure the N3140S Embroidery and Handicraft Scissors look about right for my needs. Anyone here familiar with the brand? Own a pair? Recommendations?

Personally I would go for Tamiya decal scissors...

I've never seen or used the Kai scissors you mention, but I'd certainly give a +1 for the recommendation for the Tamiya Decal Scissors, they really are excellent.

The scissors on a Swiss Army knife are pretty good for cutting out decals.

I just use nail scissors - works just as well at a tiny fraction of the price.

I've used a pair of Fiskars needlework scissors for years now , perfect for the job and cost about a tenner.

I use embroidery scissors that I stole borrowed off the missus. I’ve been using them for years for decals and thin plasticard.

Sharp as heck, and have drawn blood on many an occasion. No brand name, but marked up as ‘forged steel’.

Bought the Kai scissors and couldn't be happier. Razor sharp, clean, straight cuts and small enough to handle a variety of situations. Highly recommended.
