Nice work Sean, she sure does look the business!

Ive got the 1/24 typhoon to build, this has whet my appetite to make a start even further.

Funny you should say that:

Unfortunately I have nowhere to put that monstrosity so it's staying in the box for now :crying:

Ditto mate. No where for me either but I'm going to have to find somewhere to put it, it's crying out to be built

That's the trouble with big models.  Even 1:48 can be difficult to display, 1:24 even more so.  Still, there's always hanging it from the ceiling like we did as kids.

I have the 24th scale one too and no space to put it either!

My solution?

I will be doing it up in RCAF markings of a local pilot and donating it to the local legion.( my Father volunteers there)

That way I get the satisfaction of building it and others can enjoy it!

Great idea! There's not much connection with Typhoons around these parts though, more FAA territory

The wife has just given me permission to hang aircraft from my two year old sons ceiling. All for his enjoyment of course..... cough cough

You're sorted then. Not having kids, I'll just have to build it secretly so that when it's finished nobody can tell me to get rid of it 😁
