RossKemp
A nice simple little build with a fairly terrible kit! Full album here:
JackG
One of the best mud/weathering I've seen on this subject, or perhaps of any tank period - great job! regards, Jack

I owe it all to Ammo of Mig, as well as some stolen compost from one of my girlfriend's house plants. Murdo
Deeply, deeply impressed with that paint job and weathering. It looks incredibly realistic with the mix of dry and damp. Excellent model there mate! Having built two Emhar Whippets I didn't think the kits were all that bad though. Especially as they were the only Whippets on the market at the time. I think there might be another one out there now?
PhilHendry
That looks brilliant. The weathering is perfect - just how i'd imagine it ought to be. And to think it came from a kit that was so bad it barked makes it even more impressive.
Kingsman
Murdo, there are 2 other choices now: Meng and Takom. And there was the Accurate Armour offering for those with deep pockets. Someone did an AM resin update set for the Emhar version, can't recall who, and Airwaves do a little etch set. Now there are both resin and brass Hotchkiss barrels. The biggest Emhar problem was the tracks. The kit proper was, as you say, workable. But now eclipsed. This one looks really nice: well done. Watcher
Looks very good and a quick tutorial/few notes on products and techniques for the mud would be greatly appreciated!
