Good evening all

My third entry in this Gb will be the Airfix Vampire T 11 as a T35 A aircraft used by the 2OCU of the Royal Australian Air Force in 1968 thanks to the Xtradecal sheet

https://www.scalemates.com/kits/197215-xtradecal-x72-173-de-havilland-vampire-t-55-overseas-operators-part-1

I am going to replace the seat of the kit by Cmk ones

Today I started  by painting the interior of the cockpit in black with some colours

I placed the decal representing the instrument panel

Good evening

I had a PE set in my stash and decided to use it for this build ..

I placed the instrument panels on it's support

I placed the seat belts on the kit's seats

Patrice,

Nice start, those seats look great. Just one observation, I'm a little doubtful that Xtradecal's profile of A79-819 is correct. I'm always happy to be proven wrong but I think it's either the yellow and black striped tail fins over silver or dayglo trim over silver - but not both.

Hopefully photographic evidence exists to prove Xtradecals correct, however I haven't seen one for this Vampire in those colours yet.
