Henry Jones Jnr
I thought I should start posting something. Here are the photos of how far I've got with my Falcon build. I've had this for over two years and is the first model I've done since about 1996. I haven't done any modifications to it and life has got in the way for about the last six months to getting it completed. I really need to pull my finger out as other models are stacking up!!
Gimme Shelter
hey - NICE - good to see a DeAgostini MILF here. I thought I was all on my own. I am on edition 80 and its a really big BEASTIE of a model - your pictures really demonstrate the enormity of the studio 3 footer that DeAgostini has treated us to. That's a great collection you have going on there and you certainly knowhow to make them look good. I have been trying to get DeAgostini to release me my final 20 editions now that they have completed the publication but they are ordered from their sub suppliers upon demand so I still have wait another 5 annoying months before I can get my MILF completed I started building mine straight from the kit packaging but by edition 10 I realised it needed a proper paint job so mine is fairly close to where yours is at the moment in terms of external workings - I have to hand it to them, DeAgostini have made a good kit, well designed and for that reason, I am not really too bothered about the overall price ticket. I re-primed my kit with Tamiya grey and decided once the whole kit is built, the weathering process complete that my intended main hull colour would hopefully be more accurate than the casted kit hull colouring. Please keep posting as I will be keen to see you model progress
