That is looking terrific, but oh my word, they do have a lot of stencils. :( (I've got several Phantoms to do. :) )

Steve.

As I´ve seen on real Phantoms, not all have that much stencils, depends on the scheme you´re doing.

I waiting impatiently to finish .that is nice with Equipped 6 mk84 bombs or 6 AGM-65 Mavericks.

No bombs or Mavs, the model gets a centerline fuel tank and Sidewinders. Plan to build an IIAF F-4D someday which will get air-to-ground armament.

initially wanted to use that centerline fuel tank but got to know that this is an F-15 style tank that was used on F-4s beginning in 1981

on F-4s in the 60ies and 70ies the so called "Royal Jet" tank was mounted, luckily included in the Hasegawa kit

started with the canopy, not easy to get the small middle part in the right position. sadly Hasegawa hasn´t provided pins or "noses", already had to take it off twice, let´s see if the third attempt works..

Hi Reini
How did you make white tape around conopy ?

Untit-led.jpg

with the Eduard mask sheet, includes a bigger and a smaller mask, with that you can do the insulation

Very good job Reini

But... Are you sure that the seats have this colours? I remember all green (but maybe I can wrong) :hmmm:

when you google F-4E seats you find all kind of versions, so there is some artistic freedom ;)
