Ed Russell
Many BE2c aircraft operating in the Middle East were equipped with bomb racks. The book "Fokker Fodder - The RAF BE2c" has a few interesting pictures but they are indistinct. Does anyone know of any better ones?
Orso
There is a pic here: http://1914-1918.invisionzone.com/forums/index.php?/topic/49659-be2c-bombs/ I don't know if it is the same as in the book.
Ed Russell
Thanks, most useful. Some of the pictures are the same but the AWM one is different - that one does helpfully give me the positions for the main elements. My BE2c needs to be able to carry six bombs. I imagine something along these lines might be right. This is a FE.2b

The carrier on under the nose of the captured aircraft is called a 20lb bomb carrier, complete with 4 16lb H.E.R.L. Bombs, not coopers. These are tail fuzed/armed hence no arming vane at the front.
