billybookcase
I've had nothing but angst and woes when trying to airbrush acrylics, I won't go into the details as the same problems have been covered umpteen times. Today I took the plunge and tried airbrushing enamel. Why oh why did it take me so long to find the solution to my problems. Don't think I'll be going back to acrylic, its just too soul destroying. BB I can airbrush Tamiya flawlessly, and I found this after struggling painfully with Humbrol acrylics. I feel your pain, and your relief!

Gorby
Another vote for Tamiya acrylic. I've struggled with airbrushing other acrylics, but Tamiya is pain free.
Steve Noble
I find Tamiya airbrushed very nicely, as does Vallejo Model Air and Gunze Mr Hobby Aqueous. Most other acrylics I've tried are hard work. I remember a paint called Aeromaster acrylic, I really suffered with those, just drying and clogging the tip all the time. I don't use much enamel paint at all these days, mainly because of the long drying times. I much prefer Mr Hobby lacquer paint, Tamiya TS or Zero paints. All airbrush beautifully.
