Battle
Here are two recent builds, the Lightning does need a few finishing touches but I simply don't have time to do them right now and I won't be able to work on this specific model for the next four months at least due to my circumstances so I thought I'd share it in it's 95% finished state. # Thanks for looking, comments and criticism welcome!
Nigel Bunker
Very nice - and well photographed.
Battle
Thanks for the encouraging comment! The natural light really helps with the photos (taken on my phone).
baldwin8
That's a nice pair of silver birds. Also showing two aircraft of the same scale gives the viewer a sense of how each related to each other in size. Well done.

I'm not entirely sure how RAF training worked in the 60s (I assume students went Vampire - Hunter - Lightning after basic flying training?) but it certainly would be a big leap in terms of performance and size. mcdonnell
Hello,Battle - I love these builds. Two classically finished and displayed models of two fine RAF types. They make an interesting comparison in every respect. Great work. 😉👍 All the best,Paul.
