RobertF Posted April 6, 2017 Share Posted April 6, 2017 I'm not sure if this also applies to the XF-104, but on production F-104's, the panel on the left would be the access panel to part of the tail plane actuators system.The panel on the top is the fairing for the tailplane actuators.
