xristosxt
Hi guys I am a new member! I'm on the way to finish my 2 desert falcons and I want to ask that, if someone knows the colors of the UAE f-16's block 60? 36375 and 36495 are the correct colors or not? Any help will be appreciated! thanks for your time!

fewr9fkr9595
Just now, DaveJL said: Colours are Flat Gull Grey FS 36440 and Light Ghost Grey, FS36375 Thought it looked warm/creamy like gull grey, but your text said light & dark ghost IIRC... Hopefully that's now all cleared up for @xristosxt 👍🏿
DaveJL
I'd initially planned Light and Dark Ghost Grey on account of worn paint but it really wasn't right and the grey called out for in the instructions didn't look right either so i went for the Gull Grey which i think is spot on.
Giorgio N
AFAIK the scheme for the UAE Block 60s call for FS 36375 and 36493. The latter is a light grey similar to 36495 but without the slight blue cast of 495. Really a lightened 36440 is very close to 36493

xristosxt
Thanx a lot guys! I realy appreciate your help! Dave excellent paintjob! it looks like the real one! Georgio N I think you 're right! finaly the right color is fs 36493 but it doesn't exist in any brand that I was looking. so I believe that, the manufactures give us the fs36495 as the closest to the real one. DaveJL
Just for your info, I tried 36495 (ModelMaster) also and it appeared a touch dark (would be darker still with a coat of varnish) so that's why i went for the Gull Grey.
