Zigomar
Since its first appearance in the early 70's with Revell takara in 72nd, the "Toryu" has always been a favorite of mine. The Nichimo kit in 48th was a state of the art kit for many decades , but the Hasagawa is certainly more to today standards. I have used the CMK interior, but the level of detail from the box is already very hight. The plane belongs to the 3rd Chutai of the 53 Sentai, the observer and the rear MG being left to the ground to save weight in the hunt for the B-29, as the ventral 20mm which was also deleted. Using local "Schräge Musik"had some successes against the US heavies. I have used the usual washes and oil for the weathering, keepin it to a very decent level as the planes were based in Japan! Best regards.

Dazey
Hi Zigomar, Echoing what others have said, that is very well done and an excellent paint finish. You can't have too many IJN or IJA models. Regards, David
