(Pacamac was a lightweight semi transparent pvc raincoat for emergencies, popular in the days before many people had cars. It was common to see women wearing them when out shopping. We get more rain that you do.)

( Went to the boat show at Earls Court many times when I was at Heathrow because they had a Guinness stand, staffed mainly by ATC people, and the black stuff came directly from Ireland. )
