Spifire down! - Hello Fritz

Following on from my Spitfire down!, I now present the finished diorama:

"Hello Fritz, What took you so long?"

Spitfire is a Mk1 from Airfix, Pilot is from Heller, and the two Whermacht are from Zveda, all in 1/72.

This is purely fictional, and was an exercise to test some idea's. The grass is a railway model product from Woodland Scenics.

Nicely done.

Reminds me of the scene from "Battle of Britain" with the Polish pilot and the Farmers.

Looks great....but you have both ailerons deflected down. With no rudder as well that would have been unflyable.

I guess that's why it's carved a big furrow across the field.

It wouldn't have been possible to control it enough to make a furrow, just a big hole!
