Remembering when all you got to see of Russian aircraft was one or two grainy images, how times change. As for a top ten countdown? Though it plays pretty fast and loose with the term "bomber" by including the Sukhoi Su-24 and Su-34, those are tactical strike types. As for the Vulcan, if they are making a "Top ten bombers of 2017" list, it shouldn't even be on there at all as it's the only one of the aircraft types there that has been retired from service. Mind you, as there aren't many true bomber types left in the world, I suppose one would have to play fast and loose to make a list of ten at all these days never mind a "ten best".
