Reini78
After the Ju52 left my dad´s factory, the free space is already occupied again by the next big Revell kit.

Reini78
most of the interior, which you don´t see afterwards anyway, painted fuselage should be closed soon
Reini78
my dad didn´t do much detailing of the interior, as mentioned, you don´t see it afterwards only some drybrushing, masking tape for the seatbelts, good enough
Reini78
fuselage closed, also test-fitted the windscreen, sadly no good fit, especially the side windows, let´s see how that turns out..

Jaffajake
Looking good my man. Can see why he didn't put much detail in the pit as you can hardly see it haha.
Reini78
my dad´s gonna build the fuselage and wing seperate and will make the fusion in the end, makes the handling easier 1978 was a very good year filling and sanding work done, fit was good, regarding the mold´s age

Reini78
air intakes mounted, luckily the Revell kit includes both types the windscreen is no good fit, therefore my dad cut away the sidewindows and used some clear plastic to display them open, he also adds the edge struts with plastic pieces

John_W
Nice Idea on the windscreen. She's a big bird.
David H
The raised panel lines present some challenges to construction, but IMHO they look more realistic than recessed panel lines on a Dakota anyway. The Monogram C-47 shapes are good. I have one myself; just in search of the right paint scheme. Want to do a Pacific Theater one. Also considered a fresh-off-the-line bird with the red insignia surrounds and a yellow serial number on the tail... david

Reini78
due to the not so good wing to fuselage fit my dad decided to join them already instead of in the end as planned initially some filling/sanding sessions ahead
