Depends if you are doing a Culdrose or a yeovilton one.

In my opinion for a junglie then its the airfix mk4 that said I would a agree with the above on that the sand filter is rubbish and there are. one or two other issues...depends on your outlook.

You can always ditch the sandfilter and go for an early version with the fod shield.

Got to say Andy has a point about rivets though....later this year I will make a start on my effort ....:huh:

Meanwhile I've got a toom and a mig 27 to put on here somehow...I dunno can fix multi million pound aircraft but computers :drunk:

Or build the RoG kit as one with the FOD shield and use the RoG sandfilter on the Airfix.

I haven't tried it, but the Airfix HAR3 looks a decent kit in its own right, so might be a decent basis for an HAS1 or 2?  (I'm a 1/48 man, so there's really only 1 game in town for me...)
