Radfan Hunters
I know this is not a modelling related question, for which I apologise, but I am sure this is the best place to find an answer to my question. I am currently writing a book on Hawker Hunter operations in Aden in the 1960s and am seeking a set of badges for the squadrons that served in that theatre. Can anyone point me in the direction of a website dedicated to RAF squadron and airfield badges please? Thank you for any help you can give. bzn20
Not sure about one single page but Google the Sqn badge you want, Station Badge etc. Wikipedia should have them all on the individual pages. I got RAF Khormaksar badge instantly.
Vicarage Vee
You could also ask The RAF Museum. As an aside, they used to have a display of squadron badges, which I for one found interesting, but like so many of the gallery exhibits it is now gone from view.

XV107
There are squadron (and flight) badges on http://www.radfanhunters.co.uk¹; you can find the disbanded squadrons at http://www.raf.mod.uk/history/historicsquadrons.cfm and the ones still extant are http://www.raf.mod.uk/organisation/squadrons.cfm (The RAF site is run by about three men and a dog, and only the dog is without other, more important, duties, which is why the site is a bit of a mess in places) As an aside, if you publish a book and use RAF badges, it's as well to have had a read through the following if you've not done so already... https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/584237/20170117_MOD_Crown_Copyright_Licensing_Information_Version_v0_1.pdf (¹ Which, of course, you may be all too well aware of given your username) Edited March 2, 2017 by XV107
