This is my take on Bandai's Starwars A-Wing kit. 

 

I've been modeling for nearly 30 years now, but this was only my first scifi kit. I'm not familiar with scifi finishing styles and conventions, so I did what I would on an especially dirty aircraft model. I'm not thrilled with the results, but since this was supposed to be just fun side diversion, I didn't want to get too hung up on things. 

 

I'm not so certain I did have fun with this build. Its a very simple kit. Snap-fit really, but I did use glue. Paint is Vallejo. The result just doesn't look very "space-y" to me. Oh well, back to tanks and airplanes for me. :)
