HL-10
This is Bronco's kit of the Airborne 6 Pounder anti tank gun and crew. The main modification to the gun was to the trail legs so they could fold back on themselves to allow for loading into a glider. Kit was built out of the box using Tamiya acrylics and Humbrol enamels. Its a very complicated and fiddly kit with some microscopic parts, including etch, that tried my patience, and eye sight! The base is a canvas picture frame with a piece of model railway grass matting glued on. The wall was made from foam carved to represent a brick wall. free picture upload free picture upload free picture upload free picture upload free picture upload free picture upload Thanks for looking Angelo.

Aeronut
Quote complicated and fiddly kit with some microscopic parts, including etch That's one way of describing Bronco's kits. I just think they are over engineered. I'm currently struggling with their M22 Locust which may have to go back on the shelf whilst I restore my karma by building something easier like an early biplane. By the way, nice build.

Bullbasket
Have to agree, Bronco are over engineered, but if you persevere, a good model can result, as has happened here. Nice job. John.

Wagtail
Great to see more Artillery! A great job on the kit, photo etch does try your patience but you've had a result well worth it. Love the wall that looks really effective. Must have a go at that sometime?

Nah, that's just plain and simple madness! Whoever thought that was a good idea deserves having his (or her) buttocks sealed with CA. I've never built a Bronco kit, and after seeing this I never will! So well done to you for seeing this ridiculous kit through to the end.
