My only criticism refers to the photo directly above.... at the point at the front of the tank where the tracks leave the ground the angle is way too sharp and should curve around the first road wheel before going straight to the drive wheel. Personally, I'd break the tracks at the third road wheel (the second outer road wheel) and reposition the tracks. As you have snow on them the new joins should be easy to hide.
