Thank you all very much for all the kind comments, what a nice bunch you all are, but I must admit in all honesty, that for me it's "andrewa"s Hermes that takes the (ships) biscuit :D

That is absolutely magnificent, I've been thinking about doing a ship, last one I did was the QE2 way back when I was about 10 yrs old, of coarse I would need to find something a lot easier to build.

She is stunning, very well done indeed ! I really am a fan of Illustrious class aircraft carriers, they have such good lines & look even more remarkable when camouflaged.

 

Maybe one day , we might just get treated to a new mould in 1/350. Here's wishing ?
