Hockeyboy76
My fellow modellers, As a predominantly brush painter, does anyone know what colour blues are used to paint the Japanese F2? I prefer Humbrol, but if you know any brands / numbers they will be usefull Many thanks
Marcus.Q1000859
http://www.sealmodel.com/product_details.php?category_id=117&item_id=800 Mr Color J.A.S.D.F Oceanic Camouflage set CS665 C374 Shallow ocean blue is FS35109 C375 Deep ocean blue is FS35045 If you use the Google translate APP you read this sentence, . . .but in actual machines, it got an impression with slightly high saturation, and it is mattered aiming for low visibility. So maybe it behaves a little like the US Have glass paint and can look a little different based on lighting and viewing angle. If you use Sealmodel their surface freight takes a while but my packages arrive safe and sound every time. I spray Mr Color with their own surfacing thinner and find it constantly great. Bobski
Yep, go for the Mr Color JASDF Oceanic Camouflage set if you can. The colours in there are spot on.
Red Dot
As bobski says, the colour set is best. The colours on the real plane change dramatically whether they are in sunlight or cloud. The real colour is best viewed on a dullish day, so look for photos like that, but the set is good andy
