Cyber Hobby 1/72 Meteor F.3 (final query?)

I am almost ready to button this one up, but need info on the seat.  I may have bought myself too many choices.  I have the Pavla interior set 72098, and the Eduard F.3 interior set SS373.  In looking at available pictures, it seemed that the early Meteors had the "see-through"  head rest, so I cut off the Pavla "head rest" piece and used it on the kit cockpit insert.  I have now followed the Eduard instructions for the seat belts, having attached three sets of belts, with apparently one set to go.  But that set has some kind of pad in front of it.  Based on pictures I am able to come up with, it looks like this pad may be involved in the ejection seat, which was not in place on early production F.3s (yes?).  Plus it seems a shame to cover up those pretty blue seatbelts, esp in an otherwise black cockpit.  So can anyone give more info on the seatbelt set-up in a production F.3?   Do I use those last 3 pieces -- 4 and (2x) 11?
