bootneck
I have just seen this on another modelling site and it looks to be quite effective. Two marker type pens that produce a shiny chrome effect which looks just what might be needed for car and truck modellers. Mike

Kuro Nezumi
Amazing! I wonder if they do any other metallics (imagine copper and brass pens, AH a steampunk modeller's dream!) Edit: Just had a look at their website, no other metallic. Not yet, anyway. Edited January 27, 2017 by Kuro Nezumi
Mechanised Dwarf
Wow that's amazing! I wonder if you did it over a gloss black how shiny could it get? As for different colours could you put a filter colour over it? Maybe a burnt sienna ink for a brass like colour... experiments are calling
bhouse
Having seen this that I ordered 2 Molotow chrome pens and a masking pen yesterday. They arrived today and they are every bit as good as the video implies. They produce an uncannily shiny surface.
Mike
Yep - I got Julien and I one, and they're awesome. I tested mine out on an old syringe cover, without an atom of preparation, and the results were shiny! Not the quickest at drying, so be prepared to leave the paint plenty of time to gas off

Vanroon
There's a four month resupply drought of this product in West Oz. i watched a bloke rechrome a stripped to the plastic grille and bumper for the 1/25 '61 Skyliner Ford. Better than factory. No base coat/thickness required. All scratches show bright.,
