I assume the car park at the event will be busy, so can anyone suggest any alternatives, please?

Many thanks, Mark

They usually have an overflow carpark as well. And car park attendants to direct you. Sadly, no real alternatives nearby due to the design of the school location and the grid pattern of Milton Keynes

I will be there with the Newbury club. If anyone had anything for Models for Heroes they can drop them off with me there.

Not having been to the show before I am thinking about attending. Can anybody give me a sense of its size please? I've been to Telford and Hornchurch numerous times but as it's a 100 mile drive for me then it needs to be reasonable size to justify the travelling time and fuel.

Many thanks in advance.

Had a great day bought a few goodies :coolio:

Nice to meet Junco ,Bentwaters and Spruecutter

And to the stupid person who deliberately didn't answer me when I  said Hello  even though you heard me ------------Yes we were laughing at you because your childish  puerile attitude deserved it :fraidnot:

Yes, it was a good day. I did feel sorry for the 'guys in't back'. It feels like another planet. Shame we can't all be in one hall. Good to see the usual suspects, Tom & his dad, Dave, Andy, and nice to meet Radders at last. I dare say there were more of us but some never introduce themselves. Managed to move some tat sell some surplus goodies, and found some gems.

Another good Milton Keynes show. Good selection of traders and clubs, I came away with a few nice goodies. Does anyone know what one the competition? There were some really nice builds on display, think my favourite was the dayglow 1/48 Airfix Meteor.

Good show, nice weather, although most of it was spent inside, the catering was a little bit pricey for a bacon roll £4, but may be I'm tight, overall though the event was very good, nice to see Andy, Tom and Rob, and Radleigh, at least this year we were not in the naughty hall, I think it's a shame it's not all in one hall. but as it is a popular show, there is not much Milton Keynes model club can do about it, but I did notice some empty tables

Thanks Coolhand.  The Meteor was mine.  Didn't win anything.  That class was won by one of the AMT Migs

The competition was extremely tough in some classes, Hugh Beyts won the overall senior trophy for his scratch built WW1 bi-plane
