William Marshall
Have been working on the IR light for some time now and it seems to be complete and ready for painting. I have been converting the Armorfast 1/72 scale 251 for this project. https://www.wikialbums.com/svki6jiicrhsasbbhgy Comments welcome Regards William Edited January 21, 2017 by William Marshall
Sgt.Squarehead
That is some seriously excellent scratch-building sir! I've taken the liberty of directly posting one of your images, for the appreciation of the BM massive:

Seahawk
Seriously impressive scratchbuilding skills: very well done. One thought is an Armorfast Sd Kfz 251 doesn't seem to do justice to workmanship of such high quality: isn't it worth splashing out on a Dragon kit? William Marshall
We do not have a dedicated Dragon supplier in South Africa, so I have to order by mail from overseas, this becomes seriously expensive after 100% import tax and postage, so the Armorfast kit it will have to be! Sgt.Squarehead
The Hasegawa 1/72 251 kits are very good too.....Second only to Dragon. Revell do a decent Ausf C but IIRC the UHU was only fitted to Ausf D.
