I need to learn to build at the speed you do  Do you know what the story is with the name only being partly white outlined? I know at one point it was all white outlined, and appeared to by grey (or silver) at some point as well, but I guess they changed it to black for some reason? No mention of reasons on instructions if I remember correctly. On the decal sheet there is the full outlined version though, which goes with the scheme that doesn't have the red bits in the stars and bars.  Guess wiki is our friend in this instance? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know, I should probably look for other hobbies....   Its a fine older kit, not as 'precise' as some of their recent releases, but with a little tlc...  Had worse fit problems with newer stuff from different manufacturers.  All in its nice, esp with the resin and etch.
