steh2o
Hello Shane, thank you, I'm following that beautiful w.i.p. and it is a major help, but I find that the author is in the mist like me on some argument (the rudder thing and the rivet lines, for an example). Thanks again Stefano

Thank you, best regards Stefano Here we go, Stefano, The dimension h is exactly 318mm , Here's the cousin of the previous Spitfire,  Let's go for Nose Story, hope that it will help you and Shane

jean
Hi, Â this photoscope is plain amazing! Thanks a lot! I have a Spit XIV on my 'to do' pile, and these photos are going to come in handy, even if it is the 1/72 Academy kit... I can hear the snorts at the back of the room. Great shots!!! steh2o
Hello Corsaircorp, thank you! I suppose you measured the balance horn of SG 55 pictured above... sadly (from my point of view) it has the later fin/rudder style, that is no 2,75" strip added to the fin and deeper balance horn (you measure 318mm or about 12,5" in a previous post it was reported as 12"). SG 57, the highback one, has the original fin/rudder which I'm modelling now. Thank you for the beautiful photographs! Stefano
stevehnz
I don't remember them being them when we visited October 2014, I think I would do but then again, there is no guarantee of that either. Steve.

Steve. Hello Steve, The MiG came in in the '90. We make some pictures that appeared in "Le fana de l'aviation" One of the best, if not the best french speaking aviation and history magazine. I wait feverishly for the postman this week. Have a nice day. Sincerely. Corsaircorp
stevehnz
Seems like I was too busy looking at BAF aircraft & mentally discounted these. Next time. Steve.
