Popular Post kev67
Hi, I finished this model some weeks before Telford but was unable to attend, I'm afraid the photos are not the best as I only have a pocket camera that does not allow me to do macro very well and does not seem to focus very well on close up, and as it is a very large model I had to end up using the double bed and bed sheet to get any descent photos, anyway enough of my waffle here are the pictures.

Meatbox8
An absolutely beautiful model of an absolutely beautiful aeroplane. The panel line highlighting looks terrific.

andrewfl290
Superb model of an iconic airliner. You have captured the character of the VC10 totally, fantastic job, I love it.
woody37
Happy New Year Kev. Wow, great to see some pics of it at last, was really hoping you and the 10 would make it to Telford, but heard you had some challenges. This has to be one of my favourites of 2016, thoroughly enjoyed the WIP and can't wait to see it next to the Vanguard at some point Cheers Neil
Viking
Ok, so it's only the 2nd January and already we have the 'Model of the year, 2017' Surely this will not be bettered. It is absolutely outstanding. (I enjoyed following the WIP too!) Cheers John

Turbofan
Kev, this is just awe inspiring. I totally agree with John, definitely Model of the Year 2017! Like Neil I'm looking forward to seeing this next to your Vanguard, roll on Telford! I think I remember you were doing a Viking next, is that still your plan? Jpthedog
Very nice indeed. You can really pack in the detail to a 1/72 scale airliner - end result is stunning!
cngaero
That's certainly been well worth waiting for Kev. It's been a brilliant build overall, but your work on the engines is out of this world and your treatment of the panel lines is exquisite.

Britman
Fantastic job. I have seen your previous on the Vickers products and they are second to none. Have you done a Viscount at all? I would love to see what you could do with the Airways Britannia.
