Albion 3-Point Fueller Help

First time poster on an armor site. I am currently building the Airfix 1/48th Albion Refueller. What a lovely kit it is as was their Bedford MWD which I just finished as an early war RAF vehicle. I have a question on the seats in the cab. Are these leather or canvas seats and if leather just what color would they be? It has been suggested by friends that they are either coach green leather like those found in the Lancaster Bomber or and this I find hard to believe red! Many thanks in advance for any and all help.
