A superb collection of Spitfires and Hurricane Tony, it would probably take me ten years to do that many,

and I love seeing the different schemes and variations,

Not only is each and everyone a great build, you always mark them up in great but lesser known schemes that I would like to build. This is a great reference to refer back to when I do some more Hurri's & Spits. Great year in plastic mate :)

Cheers

This is just part of last year's output? Aye Ca-rumba, you must spend all day modelling. And such great work with a brush! I bet you could restore the ceiling in the Sistine Chapel with a few pots of Humbrol.

You seem to like the Legato 1:72 Hurricanes - I have several in the stash, and they look rather nice in the box. How did you find them to build?

Cheers,

Bill

PS. Number One mission in 2017 - get better! Take care of that back, mama only give you one! Having had nine back surgeries myself, I know just what you're going through. It just takes time, but you'll be up and around before you know it. I'd lay off the parachute jumps, though.

Hiya Bill,.......sorry just found this,.......yes the Legato Hurri`s are very nice, I`d say they are the best around so far,.......just watch the prop blades as they are rather ` paddled' and the canopy could do with being replaced with a vacuformed item as the lower rail is too large.

Thanks again for your kind remarks everybody!

Cheers

Yes it wasn`t ideal was it,......I`m updating posts as and when people ask me about them,.....but I thought that I`d spend a slack day updating the old yearbook entries too!

Glad you like them,...happy new year and all the best mate,
