Nigel Bunker
If you can find one, the Aeroclub jig is very good.

Bear Paw
I use use this contraption- it is for 1/72 scale and is Polish I can find the name of the maker if you want. It comes as a kit and you have to construct it.
cduckworth
I ordered the 1/48 -1/32 plywood biplane jig that Mark shows in his post from UMM-USA / Unique Master Models here in the USA. Here's their ordering information JH4802 Biplane - Wooden jig stand & transport 1/48 & 1/32 scale (JH 4802). Shipping was fast. Two assemble issues with the jig; I think the instructions included are for the 1/72 jig and the 1/48 jig's parts are a little different. But if you can build a WWI bi-plane its no big deal. One of the wood pieces didn't have the laser holes made so I used a similar part as a pattern and drilled them out and a bolt and nut were missing from the set. Not a big deal either, trip to the hardware store and I had it finished. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but am working on the AZ Models Gotha kit so will have it in service shortly.
