Hi Goggsy, The base is aactually a print. It is a 1/48 NATO taxiway from Noys Minitures, which is available from Hannants (product code NM48004). It measures 39.5cm x 28cm. It was the adding the brass aftermarket products that took the time. Additionally, the fitting of the new resin rear fuselage took some time. However, the adding of these bits was self inflicted. Andy341 Posted April 12, 2017 Author Share Posted April 12, 2017 A while ago I stated that my father took some photos while working on the flight line at RAF Leeming, not long after 33 Squadron received the Javelin Mk7s.
