CC Crikey CC another one, are you using the Airfix one for the Banff machine? An OOB build too, I think an OOB build will be a nice change and a mojo replenisher. Are you hoping for the bomber or photo recon version? Still thinking of an FAA Mossie, using the Airfix FBVI in the silver with yellow bands type scheme, that way I can use the stock kit. Good luck with these, looking forward to all of them. Chris 1

Chris Evil Child !! More daft ideas in my already disturbed mind.... Well, the Revell one will be a pathfinder The old Airfix one is on for a Tse Tes mossie... Already in the same playground as the Banff wing one.... And the Tamiya one.... Banff wing with rockets... I love rockets.... FAA Mossie were post war and based on the BXVI ?? did they ?? I still have a Monogram one who will be turned into the Sea Mosquito... As basically, the Monogram one need a lot of improvement, why not going for the full Monty ?? More researches now.... I still have an Airfix NF.30 Then, Mossies are still available in LHS.... Oh Lord, I'm going on again..... 10 hours ago, AliGauld said: Nice one, You can't beat a Mossie and a Banff one will set things off nicely. Cheers, Alistair Sure enough Alistair.... I always wanted one in my collection.... Tomorrow.... I'll be back CCinator

Grey Beema
I went down a different route for my FAA associated Mosquito. Lt Price & SLt Armitage were seconded to 29 Sqn to learn Air Intercepts and Night Fighting. 29 Sqn flew Mosquito XIII. The Mossie in my collection then is the Tamiya 1/48 MkVI converted to a MkXIII using the Blackbird Models intermediate nose.

And Here I'm in need of more Mossies I spent sometimes this afternoon, studying the CC operations on both Banff strike wing and Gulf of Biscayn... Really interesting... Then the Tse Tse Mosquitoes finished their carreer in Banff wing... Interesting.... Sincerely. CC

corsaircorp
Hello Ladies and Gents !! Now, I really enjoy these Eduard Royal boxes.... See, there will be dials from my Mustangs on the Mossie's dashboard !! I cut dial by dial an apply it on the Revell , then, some paint touch and Crystal clear.... There's a lot of stencilling that already found their way on other kits.... Since they are so clear and readable... (don't know if readable is correct) Enjoy your modelling time Gents and Ladies.... Why did I look again at the Monty Pythons.... And Rosetta..... Theatre with my tribe this evening, so no modelling.... Sincerely. CC
