Klear troubles

I believe the best and safest method is to just dip it in Kleer again until you achieve the finish your'e after.

Others may have another opinion however the re-dip method has worked in the past for me.

Good luck.. Dave

Don't just give it a quick dip, it needs a soaking of several minutes at least, to allow the first coat to soften and amalgamate with the fresh coat.

When you bring it out wick off the excess with a bit of kitchen paper towel

Thanks for the advice folks - I'll try what you have suggested and go from there. When you say ammonia bentwaters, what is the best thing ie which product and where to purchase from if needed.

Cheers

Kris

Tesco Value All Purpose Cleaner (it's green in a spray bottle) removes acrylic paint like nobody's business. 75p a bottle and lasts ages. Soak any painted part in this stuff for 5 minutes and the acrylic practically just rinses off.
